Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders globally.
1. Order Processing Time

Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Notification: You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delays: During peak seasons, festive sales, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may experience slight delays. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in your local currency (INR, USD, or CAD).

Domestic Shipping (India): Standard shipping rates apply. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster than remote areas.

International Shipping (USA & Canada): International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Delivery times vary by region but generally take between 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
3. Safe & Seamless Shipping
Unlike commercial synthetic perfumes, all Sai Perfume products—including our attars and essential oils—are 100% pure, completely alcohol-free, and natural. This ensures that our products are not restricted by standard aviation safety regulations for flammable liquids, allowing us to ship them safely and efficiently to you via both air and surface transit, depending on the fastest route.
4. Our Delivery Partners
To ensure the best possible service across different regions globally, we currently do not restrict ourselves to a single delivery partner. Instead, we utilize a network of various trusted and reliable third-party domestic and international courier services. The specific carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and package dimensions to ensure the safest and fastest delivery route.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan, especially for international shipments.
6. Damages in Transit
Our glass bottles and natural oils are fragile items. We take utmost care in packaging them with multiple layers of protective materials. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken:

Please do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered with or severely crushed from the outside.

If you discover damage after opening, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged item and the original packaging at support@saiperfume.com (or via our Contact page). We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped to the USA and Canada, Sai Perfume is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Sai Perfume is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages if the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
