Our products are personal care items that come in direct contact with skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned items.

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or reused without compromising quality and safety.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable. This includes personal care items, cosmetics, and fragrances. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that even for orders shipped to the European Union, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the personal care nature of our products.
