Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Refunds:

Our products are personal care items that come in direct contact with skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned items.

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or reused without compromising quality and safety.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@saiperfume.com. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable. This includes personal care items, cosmetics, and fragrances. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
